1、擰開回油閥，使下壓板下降，取出壓碎的試樣。

2、記錄下來需要的載荷數(shù)值，并將描繪筆抬起。

3、試樣壓碎后，關(guān)閉送油閥，并停止油泵電動機(jī)。

4、按試驗要求加荷速度，緩慢地擰開送油閥進(jìn)行加荷試驗。

5、開動橫梁電動機(jī)，使上壓板下降到離試樣約10mm處，再轉(zhuǎn)動橫梁上的手輪，使上壓板與試樣表面接觸。

6、將主動針及被動針調(diào)整到零，關(guān)閉送油閥。
